“ It was a great experience!! Initially, we planned to eat in the downstairs dining room because we'd been recommended some dishes, but there wasn't enough room... The very friendly manager encouraged us to try the restaurant upstairs. And it was a great success. The service is impeccable. The place is very cozy, quiet, and has a pleasant atmosphere. And the food was spectacular. To start, they served us an appetizer of the house mussel empanada, wow... Delicious. They also served it with a special oil and butter with the bread. Fantastic flavors. For starters, we ordered the artichokes with bacon and a natural mustard and honey sauce (if I'm not mistaken... ) and they had a surprising flavor, very crispy, and the touch of bacon goes very well. And for the main course, some homemade ham croquettes. Very delicious, creamy, perfectly coated, and a very good portion for the price. The artichoke one would have been appreciated... For dessert, we also had a delicious coffee. The service was always super friendly and the service was very fast. We'll definitely be back!!! ”

“ Galician influence is evident in its dishes and its brand. Ceo da Boca (Heaven of the Mouth) has just opened on the upper floor of the Boanerges Market in Santiago de Compostela. Only a visitor's whim will lead you to discover Pablo Pizarro's culinary creations. The experience leaves a pleasant aftertaste. There are sublime dishes sharing the menu with others that might warrant a return visit for better results. The daily special, the scallop, prawn, and octopus ceviche, was the highlight of the evening. It's a shame not to try the Iter, a tasting menu that, at €35, is more than enticing and tempting. The worst dish was the caramelized French toast, which many praise. But that's because they haven't tried this dessert on the so-called "lost way," a dessert that, even without reaching Santiago, is an unforgettable indulgence. ”

“ My partner and I decided to try this new place, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The service was good, and as an appetizer, they served us a tuna empanada, which was delicious, and the bread was fantastic, made with 100% Galician Campo Capela butter. For our main course, we opted for the "Joselito" ham croquettes, which were acceptable but had a strong béchamel flavor. Next, we had a Celtic egg dish with stewed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and truffle, which was very good; the flavor was quite interesting. Following that, the star dish was rice with octopus and codium aioli, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, with a wonderful socarrat (crispy bottom layer) and the octopus cooked just right. We finished the meal with a brioche French toast with almond ice cream. To be honest, I didn't quite like it; the presentation was very nice, but it needed to be more soaked in the almonds to make it softer. In short, a highly recommended place that we will definitely return to. ”

“ A very pleasant place. A complete and affordable tasting menu that includes a little bit of everything. Excellent service, plenty of staff, and plenty of space between tables. The wine was expensive in proportion to the food. The menu was comprehensive, and the dishes were well presented and tasty. ”

“ Excellent proposal from Pablo Pizarro. Exquisite empanadas. Very good tasting menu dishes. Exceptional value for money. ”

- Rafael Vidal Perez -

“ Excellent food. We tried several dishes recommended by the kitchen staff, and I'll definitely be back. The horse mackerel on white garlic and the egg yolk flan are a highlight. We will recommend this beautiful restaurant in a great location. Thank you to the dining room staff for the superb service. ”
